Homegrown Supper

There is nothing better than a supper that is homegrown, am I right? Last night I made meatloaf (which is hubby's favorite), baby red potatoes, sweet corn, and homemade wheat bread. The beef we just bought from our local butcher (we even know where the cow came from, lol!), the potatoes are from our garden, and the sweet corn is from Brad's parents garden. Absolutely delicious!

You are right. I soooo miss home grown good food. Here in Florida nothing tastes home grown because of the sand, plants need good dirt to have good flavor. Seriously everything tastes like hothouse-even farmers market stuff.
I am your first follower.
Seriously sign uo for subscribe-you'll be so glad. You can see who has posted new stuff-if someone hasn't posted anything new you have no need to visit them unless you need to go tell them something. You can do a reader or get it to your e-mail. It is awesome and free. If you asked me where in the MO area I was from-it's KC. Sorry I have 3 different people ask and now I am brain dead.
Another thing I share with people is to get rid of the word verification-you can still moderate your e-mails and it saves people one step and it doesn't give you any protection. Some people who are HUGE blogs will pass by if there is verification. Just things I have learned from the BIG blog gals.

So when you click on subscribe you can either do e-mail or you can get it in a reader and when you go to your dash board you can see all the new ones. I have both options on mine.
