It makes my stomach churn just typing that. In case you've forgotten (all you 2 people that read my blog, mom and dad) I am running my first half marathon on Saturday in Fargo. Yes I'm excited, but I'm more nervous than excited right now. And yes, I'm totally freaking thinking that this might happen....
I feel like I have trained well for it, as well as one can when the weather in Minnesota changes by the hour. I have done long runs, incline runs, timed sprints and some incline walks. I KNOW its going to be tough, I have no time expectations, I do however want to run the whole thing. I will stop to pee, and get a drink, but I am that crazy person who wants to say that I ran the whole thing. I don't care if it takes me 4 hours.
So tell me, those of you who have done a half, what are your best tips? Do share!
